PAYMENT METHODS
When using for the first time, mix lukewarm water (30 parts) with vinegar (1 part), and soak the product for about 40–50 minutes before washing.
This helps reduce water stains and minimizes any metallic scent.
After washing, wipe the surface with a dry cloth and let it dry completely before storing. This will prevent water marks from forming during drying.
If stains do appear, gently rub the surface with a coarse scrubber along the grain of the Yugi. The black powder that may appear is a natural oxide of the alloy — completely harmless to the human body — so you can use it with confidence.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs duties and import taxes may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are typically collected by the local courier at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Change of Mind: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging (all tags included). Round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
- Custom Orders:Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact suraofficial815@gmail.com.
