Refund policy

SECTION 0 – OVERVIEW

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from SURA by Geochang Yugi.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the terms below.

SECTION 1 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Change of Mind:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging (all tags included). Round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items:

Please contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 3 days) with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a free exchange or refund. This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies globally for consistency.

Non-returnable Items:

Custom-made or engraved products
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Used or damaged items after delivery
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

SECTION 2 – HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email suraofficial815@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Refunds will be processed as outlined in Section 3.

SECTION 3 – REFUND METHODS

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact suraofficial815@gmail.com.

SECTION 4 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at suraofficial815@gmail.com.

SECTION 5 – DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within a reasonable time (ideally 3 days) of receipt with photos of the issue. After verification, we will send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.

SECTION 6 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
For general returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
If using your own courier, we recommend a trackable shipment. Lost packages cannot be refunded.
