SECTION 0 – OVERVIEW

All orders from SURA by Geochang Yugi are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment partners in Korea and the U.S. We deliver worldwide via trusted carriers. Please review this policy to understand shipping times, costs, and customs responsibilities before placing your order.


SECTION 1 – PROCESSING

  • Order Processing: Typically 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Transit Times: International delivery usually 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Premium Line / Made-to-Order: Production may take up to 30 days, depending on inventory and craftsmanship scheduling.

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


SECTION 2 – DELIVERY

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier logistics. While SURA cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will assist in investigating significant delays with the carrier. Refunds or cancellations are not available unless the delay is excessive or caused by our error. Actual shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions.


SECTION 3 – CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs duties and import taxes may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are typically collected by the local courier upon delivery. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, the order will be refunded after deducting all related shipping and handling costs. Customs duties or taxes do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation or delivery refusal.


SECTION 4 – TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow the delivery progress. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact suraofficial815@gmail.com. We will ensure your order is properly dispatched and help resolve any shipping issues.


SECTION 5 – UNCOLLECTED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will automatically be returned to us. Returned packages will be refunded after receipt and inspection, excluding any shipping or customs-related costs. If you wish to receive the item again, please place a new order through our website.


SECTION 6 – GIFT ORDERS & ALTERNATIVE RECIPIENTS

You may ship an order directly to another recipient. Please ensure that the recipient’s full name and address match their government ID for successful delivery. Personal data provided for gift delivery is processed solely for shipping purposes and not used for marketing.


SECTION 7 – DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The damaged item(s)

Contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 3 days) at suraofficial815@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

All SURA products are handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques. Minor variations in color, tone, or finish are natural characteristics — not defects. We appreciate your understanding of the uniqueness of every piece.
